🔒 100% Client-Side Privacy

Your personal records, PRAN, and salary figures are stored directly in your web browser’s local memory. No sensitive information is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.

💾 Auto-Save Technology

Every time you type a date, select a Pay Matrix level, or log leave, the data saves automatically. You can close your browser tab or restart your computer, and your records remain intact.

📋 Official Form Ready

Having your order numbers, joining dates, and leave balances organized in one place makes filling out Passport NOCs, Deputation Bio-data, and LTC forms effortless.

How to Use Your Digital Service Book

  1. Tab 1 (Bio-Data & ID): Enter your core service identifiers including your Date of Initial Appointment (DOJ), PRAN/GPF number, substantive designation, and Home Town address for LTC entitlement.
  2. Tab 2 (Pay & Increment Ledger): Record every milestone in your career. Select between 7th CPC Levels & Cells, 6th CPC Grade Pay, or 5th CPC Pay Scales. Add dedicated amounts for Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), Special Pay, or Personal Pay along with the sanctioning office order number.
  3. Tab 3 (Leave Account Ledger): Set your current opening leave credits. As you log sanctioned Earned Leave (EL), Half Pay Leave (HPL), Commuted Medical Leave, Casual Leave (CL), or Child Care Leave (CCL), the summary tiles automatically decrement your available balances in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Will my data be lost if I close my browser?
No. Your data is stored in your device’s persistent local storage. It remains available whenever you return to this page using the same browser, unless you manually clear your browser cookies or cache.
Does this replace the official Service Book maintained by my Head of Office (HOO)?
No. This is a personal digital record-keeping tool designed for reference and application preparation. The official physical Service Book maintained by your administrative establishment and audited by the Pay & Accounts Office (PAO) remains the sole statutory record under GFR and Supplementary Rules.
How does Commuted Leave affect my HPL balance?
In accordance with Rule 30 of the CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, granting Commuted Leave on medical grounds requires a deduction of twice the number of days from your Half Pay Leave (HPL) account. Our ledger calculates this debit automatically.
